Chinese Bridge2012 The 5th Alberta Chinese Bridge Competition
for Elementary, Junior & Senior High School Students
With the support of Hanban and Chinese Consulates in Vancouver, Confucius Institute in Edmonton is going to organize the 5th Alberta Chinese Bridge for elementary, junior and senior high school students by collaboration with different school districts in Alberta. The theme of this competition is “Happy Chinese”. The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for the students from elementary, junior and high schools to show their Chinese ability, talent and the knowledge of China and Chinese culture. It also provides an opportunity to share and encourage them to learn Chinese language and culture as well as to enhance more understanding about China.
